Satellite Testing Tutorial consists of hands-on training and lectures on testing of satellite systems and components. Each participant will learn the rationale behind each test through lectures. Each will also have the experience of writing a test plan and a report. Each will carry out vibration, shock, thermal vacuum and thermal cycle tests using a mock-up test article. The tutorial is conducted over the course of 10 days with the option of dividing it into two sections of 5 days : (1) thermal testing, and (2) mechanical testing.
